Massage Therapy

Experience Designed For You

With Jon Wellness, a combination of techniques is often utilized based on the needs of the client during the massage session. For general relaxation and blood flow stimulation, Swedish and Lomi Lomi styles are used. With regards to problem areas (normally the shoulders and lower back), deep tissue and Shiatzu will be applied. Thai massage uses body weight and limb manipulation to increase flexibility and reach deep seated tension.

Choose Your Session

The length of the session should be determined by the client based on experience with massage, availability and issues to be addressed.

60 Minutes

Great for first time clients. Allows client to become comfortable with the therapist as the therapist becomes familiarized with the client’s body. If weekly or bi-monthly massages are required, this is an excellent option to prevent over-stimulation of muscles.

90 Minutes

Most popular. For more regular massage clients, allows therapist to give an overall total body massage while providing therapist the ability to spend more time in problem areas.

120 Minutes

Recommended for clients that require more attention than 90 minutes can typically provide. More Thai, deep tissue, and reflexology techniques are completed by the therapist to affect efficient care.

Before Your Session

Please be aware of any past injuries or limits to mobility that may need to be communicated to the therapist to avoid further injury or complication. There are shower facilities on site should a rinse be required (please arrive early if this is needed).
